BitmapData をクリップして、ColorTransform を適用する時

両方同時に適用するなら draw メソッドの中で一気にやってしまう方がいいみたい。
ColorTransformかクリップだけなら、bitmapData に対して直接やっちゃった方が早いっぽい。
